Access, Use, and Storage of Data from Integrated Services

Access and Use of Integrated Services

By "AI orchestration," we refer to the operation of an autonomous multi-agent AI system. When you connect your account with online services such as Google, Microsoft, and other providers accepted by our platform, you grant permission to our service to access your data or perform actions on your behalf. Detailed information about the permissions granted and actions that can be taken by our AI agents can be found under the sections "Agents/Agents-Configurator" and "Agents/Agents-Shop” on the domain app.airgen.io. For a detailed list of all data that can be requested and actions that can be taken, please refer to the section "Data Access and Use Disclosure" in this Privacy Policy.

Handling and Security of Your Data

The retrieval of data from connected services are initiated solely through AI orchestration, which operates autonomously based on user commands. We do not retrieve data or activate AI orchestrations without user initiation. All data retrieved is used strictly for completing the tasks assigned to the AI by the user. While the AI operates autonomously, you have the ability to monitor the AI’s actions in real time and can terminate any AI operation at your discretion. As the AI orchestrations are autonomous, they may occasionally make decisions or take actions that were not anticipated by us or by the user, potentially leading to data misuse. By "data misuse," we mean:

  • Sending your data to a third party without explicit authorization

  • Using your data for purposes other than those specified by you

  • Unauthorized modification or deletion of your data

  • Unauthorized access or disclosure of sensitive information

We are committed to minimizing such incidents and encourage you to report any perceived misuse of data by contacting us directly at contact@tech.airgen.io. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot be held liable for any unintended misuse or errors made by the AI orchestrations.

Data Storage and Protection

We store access tokens, refresh tokens, and other relevant data provided by your service providers, necessary for accessing their services. This data is used exclusively for operations initiated by you and is not employed for any other purposes nor shared with third parties. Detailed logs of AI operations, including inputs, outputs, actions taken, timestamps, and errors, as well as data retrieved from third-party services, are maintained for security, maintenance, and service quality monitoring purposes. This data is not used for training large language models (LLMs) and is not shared with third parties. This data may be stored on third-party storage and cloud services. Google Workspace APIs are not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models.

Liability and Data Breach Response

As no storage solution can guarantee absolute security, we cannot be held liable for any data breaches or leaks. However, should we become aware of a data breach, we will promptly notify you and your service provider and take all necessary steps to mitigate any damage.

Your Rights and Control Over Your Data

You have the ability to view and control AI orchestration activities in real-time through our platform and can terminate any AI operation at your discretion. If you wish to revoke our access to a connected service, you can do so via the "Agents/Authentications" section of our site. For complete deletion of all stored data, or if you have any concerns about how your data is handled, please contact us at contact@tech.airgen.io.
